Service and Support
I offer two levels of Service and Support. Your choice will depend on your level of expertise. The training which you receive as part of the Design and Implementation contract will give you the skills to write, publish and place articles in the right place in the website, and keep the calendar up-to date. So, you might decide that you are happy to manage your new website yourself.
Alternatively, you might well decide that you prefer the security of being able to call on someone who can look after all of this for you. The Support and Maintenance contracts offered are shown below
Where Support and Maintenance contracts are not chosen, I can provide additional quick and effective service on request at a reasonable per item price. All you need to do is provide the content.
Support and Maintenance Level 1
Website Security
- Weekly website backup

Website restoration in the event that this becomes necessary.

Security updates applied to the web site’s Content Management System as they become available
Registered User Maintenance
- Create and delete user accounts for staff

Email support with response within 24 hours and within 24 hours of the first day of term when an email is received during school holidays.
Support and Maintenance Level 2
Website Security
- Weekly website backup
- Website restoration in the event that this becomes necessary.
- Apply security updates to the web site’s Content Management System as they become available
- Apply updates to modules and extensions used on the web site as they become available
- Monitor and counter attacks on the website, including attempts to gain access to user accounts and the administrator account.
Registered User Maintenance
- Create and delete user accounts for staff and governors
Dynamic Content
- Produce, upload and test photo slideshows using images provided by the school
- Produce, edit, upload and test videos provided by the school
- Publication of articles using images and content you provide
Support
- Telephone support
- Email support with response within 24 hours and within 24 hours of the first day of term when an email is received during school holidays.
